After 22 years in the industry and owning 3 of this exact hair dryer, the one I just received from here is a fake! It feels super cheap and like it probably won’t last. It always came in a black box and this one was a white box. The labeling isn’t even the same on the dryer itself. It actually looks like a mix of the tourmaline dryer and the turbo dryer. I feel like I was scammed. Very disappointed!! Do not buy from this company!!
