We purchased the Andis Master Black & Black GTX-EXO M -Force Trimmer Combo and to our surprise the clippers were missing, box was completely empty! We contacted the company by email right away and it took over a week to get a response. They wanted to see the delivery box to make sure it was intact and it was. Sent pictures back and still haven’t gotten a response about what will be done to get the clippers. They cost a lot of money and it’s a shame that they do not answer quickly or even have a phone to contact them. Still waiting on what will happen next. Not happy at all with their customer service and will probably never buy from this company again as I am still waiting to see what will happen.
