Linda Williams Have washed the cape and air dried it. Then it was soaked in water with fabric softener added. A little less stiff. A different fabric could have been used to tie the cape around the neck. Had a cape for years and it was falling apart so this one was ordered. I will keep it but hoping it will relax over time.
